STEP 03. Required Documents for Submission of Official Lease Application
  • One copy of the Exhibition Hall Usage Application Form <Attachment Form No. 10>
  • One copy of the Certificate of Corporate Seal
  • One copy of the land register
  • One copy of business registration certificate
  • One copy of the detailed event implementation plan
STEP 05. Sending an Official Letter Notifying of Lease Agreement Conclusion
  • Payment of rent
    • Down payment: 20% of the rent upon signing the contract
    • Intermediate payment: 30% of the rent on the date between the contract signing date and the start of the lease
    • Balance: 50% of the rent must be paid by 7 days prior to the start of the lease.
  • Management fees and deposit
    • Full payment 7 days prior to start date
STEP 06. Submission of Relevant Documents
  • Prior business consultation with the venue rental manager and submission of various forms and related documents
