Goyang International Expo Foundation Holds Appointment Ceremony for 7 New Employees

The Goyang International Expo Foundation ( Chairman Min Kyung- sun ) announced that it held an appointment ceremony on the 3rd to celebrate the new beginning of new employees who will lead the foundation's future.

The newly appointed staff consists of a total of 7 people , including 5 regular employees and 2 fixed-term workers, and will perform duties in various fields of the foundation, such as exhibitions , floral culture , and MICE business.

The Foundation operates a field-oriented onboarding program to facilitate the smooth organizational adaptation and enhance the practical capabilities of new employees . New employees will visit the Foundation's major workplaces and related facilities to understand the Foundation's key projects and operations, and are scheduled to complete online and offline training, including basic competency education for public institutions and job-specific training.

In addition, we plan to support stable adaptation to the organization by sharing organizational culture and work know-how through conversation sessions with senior employees.
